Vogue Dots are a new experimental pop duo from New Brunswick, Canada. In full collaboration as songwriters and electronic musicians, co-producers Tynan Dunfield and Babette Hayward craft seductive ambience in the form of melodic songs shrouded in mystery for their self-titled debut on Indica Records. Vogue Dots is a product of a season spent in a Belle Isle cottage writing, recording and producing electronic music with surrealistic edge and synth-based structures. With final touches made at Halifax’s Sonic Temple and Echo Chamber, the result is a record of nocturnal wonder filled with swooning emotion and dynamic palettes throbbing with meticulous layers of dark, beautiful noise.
